What is the difference between flat classic lashes and normal classic lashes?

The only difference between both are the base which is flat. They are still applied one to one like normal classic lashes. We only stock flat classic lashes as we believe the flat base creates a better bond with the lashes, meaning better retention. 


What is the difference between easy fanning Russian lashes and normal Russian lashes?

They are quick, easy, fluffy and good quality but still hand made fans so you can still adjust them to each client/natural eyelash. Easy fanning lashes have been called ‘life-changing’. You are guaranteed to get your lashes done quicker with these, which means you can get more clients a day, meaning more profit for you. These are also perfect for some of your clients who can’t settle and want them done quicker. 


Do you have any types of social media I can see some more pictures/videos?

Yes! We have Instagram, @thelashlifeproducts, which features feedback, videos, pictures and tips.


How long is the delivery?

Delivery is between 1-3 days and is £3.99. Although, it is free if you spend over £100 with our code FREE100!


Can I collect my Lash Life Products?

Yes you can collect. I am based in Harlow, Essex however times to apply. Please contact us to collect via email or phone.


If my order arrives and it is incorrect, what can I do?

In the very unlikely situation that this happens, please send us an email with a picture of what you have received and tell us what you were meant to receive and our team will sort this straight away for you.

I'm just starting out at doing lashes, can I get some advice on how best to use The Lash Life Products? 

First of all to just keep going, being a successful eyelash technician in this competitive industry is hard. You need to put in a lot of work, hours and patience but if it is what you love you can be very successful. The Lash Life Products have been created by an experienced eyelash technician who knows how hard it can be, so Olivia has ensured these are quicker, easier and the best quality products.
